支払時期

ただし、配送先、通関、運送会社の事情、天候その他やむを得ない事情により、到着が前後する場合があります。

返品・交換・キャンセル等
商品到着後14日以内にご連絡いただいた場合に限り、未使用かつ元の梱包状態の商品について返品を承ります。

お客様都合による返品時の返送費用はお客様のご負担となります。
商品に欠陥がある場合、破損、誤配送その他当社の責に帰すべき事由による返品・交換送料は当社が負担いたします。

商品の性質上、開封済み商品の返品・交換はお受けできません。

Payment Timing

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
We accept return requests made within 14 days after delivery, provided that the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

If the return is due to the customer’s preference or convenience, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, incorrectly shipped, or otherwise attributable to our error, we will bear the return or replacement shipping cost.
Due to the nature of the product, opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Subscription Cancellation

To stop automatic renewal, your cancellation or change request must be completed at least 10 Japanese business days before the next renewal date.
