返品・交換・キャンセル等
商品到着後14日以内にご連絡いただいた場合に限り、未使用かつ元の梱包状態の商品について返品を承ります。
お客様都合による返品時の返送費用はお客様のご負担となります。
商品に欠陥がある場合、破損、誤配送その他当社の責に帰すべき事由による返品・交換送料は当社が負担いたします。
商品の性質上、開封済み商品の返品・交換はお受けできません。

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
We accept return requests made within 14 days after delivery, provided that the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
