Cancellation Policy

Some products in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or other recurring purchase arrangements. This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for those purchases.

1. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries according to the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each renewal unless the subscription is prepaid for a fixed term.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

To avoid the next renewal charge, you must cancel or modify your subscription at least 10 Japanese business days before the next renewal date.

You can cancel or change your subscription by following the instructions in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at info@medicalnutra.com.

2. Pre-orders
Where applicable, pre-orders allow you to purchase an item before it becomes available for shipment.

If a pre-order has not yet been fulfilled or prepared for shipment, you may request cancellation by contacting us.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or processed for shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible, but any applicable return rights will be governed by our Refund Policy.

3. Try-before-you-buy offers
If we offer a try-before-you-buy arrangement, the terms of that specific offer will be shown on the relevant product page or at checkout.
Where applicable, the trial decision period, charge timing, and return conditions stated in that offer will apply.
