Is Feru-guard® vegan or vegetarian?
Feru-guard® does not contain animal-derived ingredients, but it is not currently certified vegan or vegetarian. If certification is required, we recommend confirming directly with customer support.
Does Feru-guard® contain allergens like gluten or soy?
Feru-guard® is manufactured in a facility that also processes products containing common allergens. While strict cleaning and allergen control procedures are used to minimize cross-contact, trace contamination cannot be completely excluded.
May contain traces of:
milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat (gluten), soy, and sesame.

Usage & Dosage
How should I take Feru-guard®?
The recommended daily intake is 4 tablets once per day, taken with water, preferably before breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended dose unless directed by a healthcare provider.
Can I take Feru-guard® with food?
Yes. While the suggested timing is before breakfast, taking Feru-guard® with or after food is also acceptable, especially for those with sensitive stomachs.
What happens if I miss a dose?
If you miss a dose, simply resume your normal schedule the next day. Do not double your intake to make up for a missed dose.
Can I take more than 4 tablets per day?
No. Please do not exceed the recommended dosage unless advised by a medical professional. Higher intake does not guarantee faster or better results and may increase the risk of discomfort.
Can Feru-guard® be taken continuously?
Yes. Feru-guard® is designed for long-term, consistent use as part of a cognitive wellness routine. There is no requirement to cycle on and off the product.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders currently ship free of charge, regardless of order size or destination.
What shipping method do you use?
All orders are shipped via DHL Express, offering secure and reliable delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Approximately 2-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local holidays, and/or impacted by extenuating circumstances, such as disasters, geopolitical, and severe economic disruptions.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from DHL so you can follow your shipment in real time.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
Some countries may impose import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price. Please check your local import policies before ordering.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No. Due to courier limitations, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a full street address at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us at info@medicalnutra.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll provide instructions and the return address for your specific shipment origin. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Unless the product was damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order immediately. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us at info@medicalnutra.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not process direct exchanges. Instead, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order for the replacement.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
Do you accept returns of opened items?
No. Due to product safety regulations, we cannot accept opened or used items.
Are there any non-returnable items?
We do not accept returns on:

What is the EU 14-day cooling-off period?
