We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to request a return

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions regarding where and how to send the item.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
If the return is due to customer preference, convenience, or a non-defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the reasonable return or replacement shipping cost as appropriate.
Non-returnable items
Opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We also do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, custom products, or any item category that is non-returnable under applicable law or due to hygiene, safety, or product integrity reasons.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@medicalnutra.com so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Exchanges
If you would like a replacement item, please contact us first.
Where appropriate, the fastest method may be to process an approved return and place a new order separately.
European Union cooling-off rights
If your order is shipped to a destination in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Returned items must still be in the condition required above unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
