At Medical Nutra, we aim to deliver orders securely and efficiently.
1. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to Germany.
We may expand to additional destinations in the future without prior notice.
2. Processing time
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 Japan business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
3. Shipping methods and charges
Shipping rates and available delivery methods are shown at checkout where applicable.
In some cases, shipping may be included in the retail price and shown to the customer as free shipping.
4. Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery time for international shipments is generally 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Actual delivery times may vary due to destination, customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or similar charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Order tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be sent to you after dispatch.
7. Shipping restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
8. Incorrect address information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for failed delivery, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
9. Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at info@medicalnutra.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will review the matter and work with the carrier as appropriate.
